Xyngal Morph Services and Partnerships
We provide molecular modeling and design services using a combination of Information Theory, Digital Signal Processing, and classical molecular modeling techniques. There is an emphasis on transient and intermittent binding processes which are difficult to assay due to their binding fragility. Techniques for identifying Nucleic acid:Nucleic acid, Nucleic Acid:Protein, Nucleic acid:ligand, Protein:ligand binding locations are possible.
We plan to establish partnerships with universities and other organizations to attract funding for rapid development of algorithms and solutions using Quantum Computing (Quantum Annealing, Variational Quantum Eigensolvers, etc.) AI/ML solutions and others. Rapid development, utilization of cloud services, thoroughly tested solutions
Development of models using Matlab and Simulink toolboxes . AI/ML models can be developed to enhance binding site prediction and characteristics
Protein modeling of proteins primarily from the RSCB PDB structures using the open source Chimera program
A wide range of MEMS design options combined FEA modeling for photonics, microfluidics and other applications
Molecular modeling using BioChemOffice suite for fast results on small to medium size molecules
Coming soon: Enhanced Quantum Chemistry modeling hybridized with AI/ML capabilities
We are available to support projects in the national interest of the United States.
Dr. Shaw is available to serve on review panels for a wide variety of agencies including the National Science Foundation.

We are planning to team up with our former NASA collaborators for SBIR/STTR and other product development opportunities
